Message from a Spiritual Father: A PROPHETIC WORD FOR THE YOUNG CHOSEN VESSELS 

This has been on my mind a while. I speak in love. I see a trend that must be addressed. Young people, you have been endowed with knowledge beyond your years, advantages to succeed are yours, run with patience.

THE DONT's and DO's

I. DONT'S 

INTRO: Don't post on things
far beyond your level of experience. Beware of high mindedness. Youth looks good on you. Wear it well.

1) Don't take your success in ministry as a badge of arrogance.

2)Don't let your disappointment with the older, push you to be something you are not.

3) Don't call yourself Apostle or Prophet, or seek to rebuke Elder's, without authority to do so. Take your time growing up. Take mental notes.

4) Do, Stay in your lane.

5) Do, Be like Mary, at 16, she gave birth to Jesus, but, didn't march in the temple and rebuke the Pharisees.

6) Do, Be like Samuel who ministered to the Lord, before he was "established to be a Prophet.

7) Do, Be like, Jesus, who at age 12, confounded Doctor's, but, didn't whip the robbers out the temple til 20 years later. BE YOURSELF.

**NOTE: You are a young Joseph with a dream. Enjoy your youth. When you disagree, ask God to give you "shut mouth grace."

8) Do Respect your Elders' and when you are one, you will "reap what you have sown." God be with you.

9) Do, Be, pre-30, for as long as you can. And, if you are an exception, aka Dr. ML King Jr, who at age 27 spoke to the conscience of a nation and led the Montgomery Bus Boycott, then, let the Elders anoint you as they, did, him.

10) Do know, Your time will come. God has given you a "word." Now, wait, til He gives you a Ministry.

Finally, I say this in love, as a spiritual father, who is glad you are here and like many, my age, who are, cheering you on. On their behalf I speak. GO FOR THE GOLD. GOD IS WITH YOU?

MATTERS OF THE HEART: Woman Your Hair Needs To Be Washed

Text: ...the glory of the woman is her hair... Apostle Paul

Intro: I RECEIVED A PROPHETIC DREAM LAST NIGHT A WOMAN WITH DIRTY HAIR . It was a matter of God's heart to reveal His secrets to servants, the E37MOVE, Apostolic/Prophetic A.RM.Y. 

KEY: Dreams are the sleep language of God. Acts 2 promises, we will see dreams. Visualization is one thing. Proverbs 29:18. Revelation is another. Ephesians 1:18. 

The interpretation affects the application. You can "see correctly, but, interpret wrongly". 

STORY:
A prophet once told a man that he was ministering to that he saw a visions of nuts and bolt's around him. He interpreted it to mean, the man's life was "screwed up". That wasn't it. The man was a MECHANIC. 

So, the Prophet hit it and missed it. Beloved of God, "THIS IS NOT THE TIME TO 
BE HITTING AND MISSING".

I. Visualization/ DREAMS

A. Joseph had a gift that, made other people's dreams come to pass. Because of this, HE RECEIVED PROMOTION!!! 

B. The key was the gift of INTERPRETATION. His dreams were, "Words of Knowledge". Not just knowledge. His interpretations were, "Words of Wisdom". Not just wisdom. 

C. He saw it and knew what to do about what he saw. 

NOTE: Beloved of God, You need to fervently pray for the DISCERNING OF SPIRITS 
AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE TIMES. 
I Chronicles 12:32 & I Cor. 12 . 

D. APOSTOLIC/PROPHETIC
Because he got ( the interpretation) right, HE BECAME GOVERNOR. The governorship is the mantle of the Apostle/Prophet. The Apostle Governs. The Prophet Guides. To govern, WE MUST GET IT RIGHT AND MAKE IT RIGHT. 

ADMONITION
E37MOVE, nor the church, can claim to be an apostolic/prophetic A.R.M.Y., without the "signs of an Apostle" and the prophetic mantle or garment of the anointing. Let us pray that God add these gifts to our midst daily. 

E. LAST NIGHT's DREAM: 

I had a prophetic dream last night. I saw a bottle of hair wash. Then the dream shifted and a man was telling the lady her hair was dirty. The dream ended. Nothing else was shown. I prayed for quick understanding. The "Word of the Lord", came to me saying: 

II. Interpretation: 

A. Hair represents 
1) Covering
2) Woman's Glory
3) Samson's Strength

B. Dirt represents the state of 
Uncleanness-Sin 

C. Woman represents the church-bride

D. Man represents the prophetic word-preaching 

III. Application: 

A. This is how this dream is 
to be applied. 

1.The Church(woman) has issue with glory affecting it's strength, in the area of it's covering (leadership). 

2.The hair wash contains (water), and soap (the blood). Both cleanse. 

3.The woman saw it before the prophet said it. 

4.In this hour, expect God to show you things or bring to to your remembrance things He has shown you. Then, confirming it prophetically. 

Note: The dream ended w/o the woman doing it. 
She just stood in silence, almost dumbfounded, feeling embarrassed, not, knowing what to say. 

IV. Exhortation:

A. Beloved: LET US HEED THE WORD WE HAVE HEARD. 
Our coverings must be clean. 
Glory must not be tarnished. Strength must be in our unbroken covenant with God. 

B. Live holy. Require that your coverings do the same. Samson put his head in Delilah's lap. He had been in sin, never lost his strength totally. But, the "hair" was the "outward sign of an inward grace". It was the visible proof of his COVENANT WITH GOD. 

C. It wasn't the haircut that caused the strength to depart. It was the "breaking of the solemn, sacred, covenant"  He shook himself, not knowing the Spirit of the Lord had departed". 

D. E37MOVE, We learned earlier this week, (re-read it) that the 2nd Brain or true spiritual heart is in the area of the bowels/belly/gut. His gut instinct was gone and so was his strength. WOMAN, WASH YOUR HAIR!!!!

GOD'S POWER

When I was in my teens, I wanted "POWER" with God so much, I DID SILLY THINGS. 

1) I stayed after church. I shut in and drank the "olive oil". After a 30 minute season of heave-ho, devil, you gotta go, I realized, the oil, is for the head, not the stomach. Out of your belly shall flow rivers...., not regurgitation. 

2) I longed for POWER soo much, I went into the woods, intending to pray til morning like Jesus. The mosquitoes were demonically inspired. My "all night" prayer ended in 15 minutes, after 30 or so, slaps and swipes. The devil is a liar and a biter. 

3) I soo desired power that I got on my knees every evening, after high school, seeking to hear the audible voice of God. One day, while in deep meditation, in the basement window, I heard a sound. It had a certain something in it. I opened my eyes. My German Shepherd was staring in the basement window, the light hit his eye and he looked like lucifer. He nearly scared me, "wasteless". I started speak in tongues, unknown to me, angels or the Holy Spirit. The interpretation was: NEVA AGAIN!!! Whew.

POINT: I had much zeal. Little knowledge. I wanted power with God to heal the sick, YES...raise the dead. Etc... At least I wasn't Simon, trying to buy POWER. (Acts 8). 

But, my error was I wanted power to "get my share of applause, and props". Hey.. I was 16-17. Lighten up. 

But, these decades have taught me, AGE DOES NOT CHANGE FLESH RULES EGO-MANIACAL ASISININI-TUDES.  I have learned, a single principle, YOU AND I, would do well to remember: 

HERE IT IS: ..."twice have I heard this, ALL POWER belongs to GOD."

 God's only begotten Son, said: 
"All Power is given unto me....". Then he said, "go...wait for power that CLOTHES you, from, on high". Luke 24:47-49 

POWER PRINCIPLE: 
"JESUS GIVES POWER. HE DOESN'T GIVE IT AWAY"!!!!

Beloved of God, USE THE POWER, Don't act like it's yours. Hello fellow preachas'. 

WORD: You want power. You need power. You've got power. Acts 1:8. It's called, THE HOLY GHOST. No need to pray in the forest. Meditate in the basement. Or, drink OLIVE OIL, just, let God, BE in YOU, ALL POWERFUL, being HIMSELF!!!! Holla...haha. No more olive oil cola.

GOD'S POWER: "Truth with Transparency"

Beloved of God, I BELIEVE I WILL TESTIFY!!! God said, "It is Good." YOU SHOULD STOP TO DO THE SAME.

There is a trend happening in a lot of my meetings. People remaining in their seats long after service in silence. It seems like they are soaking, but, there is normally, no music. It's such a "holy moment" as people are led beside still waters. As they, "be still, they know, He is God."

Sometimes, Even I sit. Sunday, this happened in the morning. In the evening when the end came, Pastor Damon Parran said there was and I quote:, "confirmation after confirmation after confirmation after confirmation..." 

That blessed me to hear. The ironic thing is that with all my blessed oratorical abilities and rhetorical skills, THESE DAYS, they are often, not always, but often, put on the back burner, during these moments with Majesty. Sometimes God uses my "strength of preaching/teaching, Other times, my BROKENNESS. 

It seems like God is mostly, using my weakness, instead of my gifts. Paul addressed this in his letter to the Corinthians. 

Even the "gift of prophecy" has been re-activated. This past week, I prophesied to every soul at the altar, young and old. By the Spirit, I read their hearts, told them of things in the past, present and gave them a glimpse of their future. There was a time people would line up to the doors and I would prophesy to everyone individually. Or, I would be led to call them out. On Sunday, When I appealed for a prophetic thirty dollar offering ( number of maturity and fulfillment), nearly, all came forward to give. It wasn't the biggest place I have preached, but, collectively, they had the biggest hearts. Something is happening in Maryland, and on the East Coast. 

This same thing happened when I was with Pastor Avery Cotton. At Bethesda Church, The exact same thing. He is a worshipping leader, like David. I receive such fatherly honor whenever I am with him. . 

When I was in California, I got up to preach the 64th Anniversary message Angela Hearns dad, Bishop Henry Hearns, a Godly man, wept with me throughout the message as I bared my soul and I watched The people sit still with hearts of receptivity for 90 mins as I expounded the truth with transparency. Whew. 

I just said something. "Truth with Transparency!"  A one day meeting turned into four days. The Pastor said, though they have been inviting me, since, 1986, I am not the same man he knew. He is right. I am born again again. David is recovering all. God is moving in California. 

While in Pittsburgh with Bishop David Alan Brock, the first night, check this out, I begged God to let me preach the message without going into personal areas. That didn't work. I got up and I couldn't stay on the subject, for the life of me. I was all over the place. The Pastor said later, that night, "You have no idea how God used you. You were like a skilled marksman that aimed and hit the target, then moved on to the next one". He told me tho I was scheduled for three nights, he started to just give me an offering and send me away. Wow! God is moving in Pennsylvania. 

While in Cincinnati, Apostle Bennie Fluellen, utilized me to minister to Singles around the clock. He said, "I heard you many times, but, there is something different. It's like a 2014 Re-mix". I preached four sessions in two days. He said, that I could have gone for hours and not a soul would have moved. The Altars were jammed. The last day, I preached: "How to Hook A Man W/O Being A Hooker!" OMG. God is moving in Ohio. 

At the church, Hope City, House of Prayer, I preached. Many were blessed, not simply by the revelation released, but by the weeping, seen and brokenness felt. They sat quietly. They are taught thoroughly and purely. They listened quietly to every word. Then it EXPLODED. It's quite a sight to see 100's of young people praising God radically. 

I guess, or I should say, I "know", what people and Prophets have been saying, "God is not through with me yet". 

Well, truthfully, I will walk in every door, but, if those, inviting, want a show of flesh, I'm not the man. I resigned my membership in Showtime Cathedral. 

All I have is "Truth with Transparency", spoken from the heart of a spiritual father. I can still bring the heat. I still do. I can still bring the light. I still do. 

I can still bring the gift. I seldom do. I BRING THE GIVER OF ALL GOOD AND PERFECT GIFTS. 

PLEASE HEAR THIS: I beg everyone's forgiveness, if you ever had to sit thru a Brian Keith Williams performance or small scale Pulpiteering tirade called preaching, in the past. Or, if you experienced the glory, in the past. Keep us lifted, that it shall increase. Thank you.

I know from experience now. THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS NOT WORD, but POWER...!

MATTERS OF THE HEART: Ego Driven Vs Spirt Led Part 2

"TALE OF TWO PREACHERS"

STORY:
There were these two talented, preachers. Both were young. They met in their mid-teens. Two years apart in age. Both were destined for greatness, extremely gifted. They loved each other. Within a few years they were really good friends.

YOUNG LIONS
Soon, they were both leaders, young lions, pastoring, small congregations. Mid-twenties now. Then, they both started hosting conferences. Because they loved each others' ministry. Each year, they invited each other to preach in their meeting. They BLEW IT UP. Their people "Begged" them to please, please, please, invite them back, next year. THEY DID.

They were "best of friends". When national doors began to open, they were in each others' cheering section. At times, serving as an adjutant without knowing what that was. There was no ego. Just, two brothers, doing what brothers' do.

TRUTH
Then one day, at dinner, one shared with the other, that, at times, he felt the other, was, "in competition" with him. There was no anger, just honesty. The other friend responded humbly and apologized, assuring him that wasn't his intent. Deep in his heart, he knew there was truth to it.

RELIEVED
The older preacher was relieved that his friend didn't take it wrong. He said, "why don't we meet half way sometime and just have lunch and fellowship. They lived three hours apart. They agreed to do it. But, it never happened. One of them, never "prioritized the relationship". After all, their church was growing much faster than his elder brother. He was on radio, local TV, writing booklets, etc...

Then one day, the older preacher had a conference and invited his now, "better known" friend. He also asked could he "borrow" his duplicators. The friend said yes to both. Made a lot of stipulations. From offering, to charge for rental, cost for labor, travel reimbursement, etc...

TEARS
The older preacher choked back tears because he couldn't believe his friend would charge him so much and act like he didn't trust him. However, tho hurt, he told no one, because of how much he knew they respected him. He just, humbly, said, "THANK YOU BUT NO THANK YOU"! You see, the company he used had backed out and he needed the tape sales to pay for his conference, so he called his ANOINTED, NICE, TRUST-WORTHY, but EGO-DRIVEN, COMPETITIVE FRIEND.....(STAY WITH ME)

He swallowed his tears. Hung up gracefully. Went into a room and wept. Wiped his tears and then told his team they would need to try something else. NEVER ONCE UNCOVERING HIS FRIEND.

He pressed and had a great conference. His friend really preached the next night, despite his, ego-driven self. In fact, he was DOUBLY ANOINTED. He preached on "The Eternal Godhead".

The older also preached and someone asked him, how, he thought he did and he answered, self-effacing and meekly, "I WAS THE WEAKEST LINK"! That's not everyone what else said. They said he wrecked it. He was too humble to praise himself.

THE TURNING
Fast forward the tape, 17 years, both had international platforms. One was mega, one was with its' beak coming out the shell. One had 28,000 members. One had pastored a few thousand. One had a 40,000, multi-million dollar facility, on 12 acres. One had about a 300,000 square foot complex on a lake and 200 or more prime acres, worth about 50 million. One had cd duplicators. The other had a warehouse with semi's delivering his product. One was hosting conferences of
a thousand. One hosted conferences that eclipsed. 150,000. One was unmarried. The other was happily married. Both, produced SUPER STAR CHILDREN. They had that in common. Both, recently re-connected and they are like teen age friends again. This time, its not MINISTRY, COMPETITION, EGO, etc... The younger preacher is older, wiser, stronger and BROKEN TO BE A BLESSING TO OTHERS THROUGH SHOWING HIS SCARS. The other, is the ELDER BROTHER WHO WELCOMED, the preaching, Prodigal home, with the spirit of a father, "MY SON, who was DEAD, BUT, NOW ALIVE!!!!!

GUESS WHO
You've figured it out by now. I, Sir Brian, was the younger, ego-driven, God loving preacher and Sir TD JAKES was the elder, humble, forgiving, brother. Back the tape up again. My friend confessed his hurt 26 years ago and I more than made up for my error.

I learned quickly. Valued his friendship too much and he, mine as well. We drifted apart. NEVER AGAIN. He said let's meet meet half-way, when, we were young. Now, I WOULD MEET HIM AROUND THE WORLD!!!

MORAL OF THE STORY:

Word: TO ALL---- BE SPIRIT LED, NOT, EGO DRIVEN. NEVER BE IMPRESSED WITH YOUR "FEW DUPLICATORS' SELF". VALUE COVENANT FRIENDS AND CHECK YOUR MASSIVE EGO AT THE DOOR IN JESUS NAME!!! Especially Preachers. As APOSTLE,

MATTERS OF THE HEART: Ego Driven Vs Spirit Led

The best gift God ever gave the male is his "calling to have dominion". Not over his fellow man, but creation. However, the Adamic propensity toward being ego-driven vs Spirit led is a constant war that rages in their soul. Peter says "abstain from fleshly lusts that war against the soul". This is seen in the tendency to seek to always be in control of every element in his environment.

Unfortunately, often this ego-impulse manifests in how he relates "to the woman" God gives him. Adam and Eve were called to "complete one another, not, compete with, one another". He was made to be the initiator and giver. She was made to be the receiver and multiplier. When she gave him to eat, of forbidden fruit, she was deceived and he transgressed.

Their fallen state produced a fallen state of "her desire being unto him and his weakness being her. This problem is fixed by the last Adam at the cross, where there"is neither male nor female", but, both are one in Christ.

Therefore, the husband's wife is said to be loved as his "own flesh" by Paul, while becoming "one spirit", as a result of sexual copulation. This is a controversial statement, but, Sex marries a man to a woman in the spirit realm, and when, it is discontinued, it causes a spirit divorce, which rips the soul and depending on its oft-occurrence in the past, it fragments men and women and then the person you eventually covenant with, gets a marked down, devalued, fragmented, fractured, incomplete person.

Then, if they've had sexual relations, in violation of covenant, they sow "whoredoms into the foundation of their marriage and more than likely, the marriage is inevitably doomed, tho, it may survive, for years.

The "spirit of distrust" and "insecurity" pervades the relationship, because God's laws have been dishonored, broken and disregarded. True repentance can bring restoration.

Many ego-driven men, who acted like dogs, urinating against a tree, "to mark their spot", must bow their knee, once again and this time, "ask her forgiveness for playing the whore and destroying a portion of your soul, when he violated you, penetrated you and thus, punctured, your ability to flow with him as you TRUE SPIRITUAL HEAD and not simply a male without a womb. Selah.

Many years ago, When I dated the love of my life, my childrens' mother, I gave her a card. It said, ..."Walk behind me...follow me". She graciously thanked me. Then boldly said, "I want to walk beside you, not behind you". She was on point. To quote Judah, "She was more righteous than I. You see, ego was leading me, not the Spirit of God.

I took my issues of insecurity into a marriage. I was an excellent provider, and protector, but, not challenged a priest or patriarch. I truly meant well. Let me explain.

I brought my money home. Paid every bill. Financed a fabulous, well dressed, fed, educated, lifestyle for my wife and children. I was "among the best hands down". No boast. Its' true. They will tell you that. Including her. I guarded my house, established standards of education, excellence, family altar, protocol etc. I protected them and was willing to "give my life for theirs in a heartbeat".

In fact, the most painful part of the cessation, was a sign in a court room, which read, "Williams vs Williams. Huh? How did that happen? So, I was a provider and protector. Now, here's the other side.

Didn't do so well as a priest or patriarch. At least, not UP TO THE STANDARD I EXPECT OF MYSELF. A priest is a bridge, not a barricade. My youthful ego was "controlling, at times, abrasive, and very insensitive to other peoples' feelings". Perhaps, if our personalities and temperaments had meshed better, there wouldn't have been a constant collision.

She would withdraw in many ways. I would "put my foot my foot down/draw a line in the sand etc...That doesn't work, in retrospect. It produces a "battle atmosphere, behind the scenes, and a civil war ensues". The children are greatly affected even, into their
adulthood, even if they turn out okay.

As the MAN, the responsibility is to give the children, the greatest gift possible. What gift is that?  IT IS THE GIFT OF LOVING THEIR MOTHER AS CHRIST LOVED THE CHURCH. I gave every gift, but that, a good portion of the time.

What good is a mink if the one wearing it doesn't feel super special. What is a mansion without a man who you can trust, won't dash your feelings and crush your heart, because of "image and ministry". Therefore, neither are fulfilled and the door is open to a demon called. "Marriage Breaker".

Tho the man comes off as tough, he is not. He is as "fragile as his bruised ego"

Woman of God, learn how to navigate the man's ego. He is yours to keep. Don't give him away to another. Somebody wants "what you consider, misery". Learn to stroke his God given sense of dominion.

Don 't close your legs or your heart. If Delilah could seduce Samson, with demonic assistance, surely, you can strengthen your Beloved with divine accompaniment. Don't stick a pin in his balloon. Blow it up.

Your mama was wrong, "All men are not dogs". If they were, at least, you can train a dog. Ha. A dog is loyal. Stop competing with your man or dividing his children's heart from them. IF YOU KEEP THAT UP, you will deeply regret when they resent you, for it.

Make sure, your ego is in check. He is not the only only one who has one. TOGETHER, be heirs of the grace if life. Amen....to be continued. Agape' Sir Brian

FYI: E37 MOVE has a solid foundation of 12 Ministers and me, the Chief Apostle. Three more have been added, en route to 24. These are all 5-fold ministry gifts such as apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, or teacher. They write M-F in various areas and according to theme. Their tenure as a Minister is not permanent. I love her holiness and bold, uncompromising stand in the defense of the faith. She addresses issues directly and informatively. Always well researched.We share histories of ministry in the same city over two decades. Her writings are profound, pointed, and impacting deep within. She fires you up.

4) Minister of Impartation- Cierra LaShawn Jones
I love her incredible intelligence and outstanding ability to tap the pulse of God. She epitomizes a wealth of wisdom beyond her years. She is a prophetess and dear friend. She writes on a scale of one to ten, easily a TEN. Always direct, and accurate. She stirs you up.

5) Minister of Motivation- Sherwood Wilson
I love his life of integrity and his ability to speak well thought out, finely crafted, words that divide asunder between soul and spirit. I've seen his works his works of excellence firsthand. Known him for 15 years. His writings and teachings are cutting edge, are surgical masterpieces that stimulate, saturate, activate and motivate, accelerated faith. He makes you "pep up as you go up".

6) Minister of Prophecy- Joseph Sarasin
I love his completely sold out heart for God. He lives to give and gives his self, service and substance. Of all 400 plus ministers I have ordained/or covered, none, possesses more zeal and passion. Best of friends for years. When he writes, you must, put, on your prophetic cap. He will "keep you up", on exactly what God is saying and the devil is doing.

7) Minister of Health/Wealth-Tracie Taylor
I love her complete dedication to being a conduit of truth that removes ignorance and darkness in the areas of your physical health and personal wealth. She is, So well researched, relevant and informative. Known her for nearly a decade and she is an accomplished business woman. Her writings make you "step it up".

8) Minister of Empowerment-Bishop J Tylor Thompson
I love his eloquent, dignified straightforward, concise delivery. His teachings are practical and palatable. Always powerful, philosophical and applicable. We Recently
re-connected and share similar conviction relating socioeconomic, kingdom concerns.
His writing "takes your thinking up", to another dimension.

9) Minister of Inspiration- Paula Graves
I love her as a daughter, sister, follower and friend. She is a pure, yielded, worshiper whose writings of poetry or prose are reflective of her lifestyle of devotion and consecration. She is An anointed writer, teacher, graduate of many of my schools of ministry. When she writes, she makes you "hold your head up".

A spiritual grandson to me. Known him since he was a teen. He writes with CLEAR conviction, candidly, and confidently. Very clean heart in this man of God. He will "keep you up" on areas that concern today's younger generation.
